Hitchcock Bay is a private resort community located about an hour's drive south of Saskatoon on Lake Diefenbaker.
The first photo shows the greenspace and partial view of the lake. The second photo shows the lot and the
septic tank pipes. The septic tank was installed in 2008. Footings, pony walls, floor are in (August, 2009)
and the walls are going up now.
(Sept 1, 2009) This is a photo looking toward the rear wall where two balconey doors are roughed in. The rafters
go on this week. The roof is to go on next.
(October 14, 2009) The roof has been installed. Awaiting the next batch of photos.
The Hitchcock Bay Project is a 1200 sq ft. cabin being built to the lock up stage. The project is well underway at the
moment. Cabin is to have grey vinyl siding and a white metal roof. The cabin has 9 foot walls. One of the nice
features is that the property has a partial lake view. Many in the area do not. The company is a 50% joint
venture investor on this project. A similar project at the lake is asking $130,000 for a smaller sq footage
cabin. The property next door is in the $235,000 range. The property two doors down sold for $320,000 without
the lot title. The lot title is available for $19,500. You can finish the interior to your own tastes. This
project will need windows and the two rear doors to a future wrap around deck and then the siding will be ready
to be installed.
Asking $75,000 for this project as it sits now.
