United Team Capital Ventures Ltd began on August 1, 2007. The company was set up to seek out business ventures, do stock trading, and to invest in real estate, wholesaling projects to investors which is the current focus.
Dean Husarik is the president of United Team Capital Ventures Ltd. Dean holds properties both personally and through the corporation. Properties held, are in the stages of being rehabbed and sold to other investors to complete and retail as time goes on or to rent out to tenants.
